GETTING STARTED

STEP ONE

Contact me by email or phone. I offer a free 15 minute call to see if we’re a good fit. It's a chance for you to ask me any questions about how my counselling works and check practical points such as availability and whether we would meet in person or online. This can be done by phone or video call. ​

STEP TWO

Arrange a first session to explore what’s going on for you and what you hope to get out of counselling.

STEP THREE

​Ongoing sessions, recommended on a weekly basis, though flexible options are available.
